Hence, at the moment we do not accept returns for any orders except if your order meets the below mentioned case:
Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality, but in the unlikely event that your product arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we are here to assist you.
Wrong Product Delivered: Incase if you receive a product different than what you ordered, we're here to help and replace the item.
Please note that all our products are 100% Handcrafted from the scratch and hence there can be some variations in the designs than the ones shown on the product page. Each and every bag is one-of-a-kind and the handbag that you receive will never be seen in anyone else's hand. That's the beauty of Handmade.
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage or defect, please follow these steps:
1.) Unboxing Proof: In cases of damage, we require visual evidence of the unboxing process, which clearly displays the damaged areas of the product. This is essential for us to verify the authenticity of the claim and take appropriate action. Please take a video while opening the delivery package.
2.) Review and Confirmation: Our customer service team will review the provided information and respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product.
3.) Return Instructions: After receiving approval, follow the provided instructions to return the damaged product. Please make sure to package the item securely to prevent further damage during transit.
4.) Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect it to confirm the damage. We will then offer a replacement of the same product or a refund, based on product availability.
Cancellation Policy: We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as our products are handmade and the production process begins promptly.
